Terms and Conditions

1. This Frank Bresser Publishing e-book is protected by copyright. Any part of the e- book may only be reproduced /distributed, in any form or by any means, with the express consent of Frank Bresser/ Frank Bresser Publishing. If consent is granted, proper attribution to Frank Bresser/ Frank Bresser Consulting/ Frank Bresser Publishing must be made.
2. After completion of electronic payment, the buyer immediately receives an invoice and is sent an email with the link to download the e-book. The download link expires after 2 weeks automatically.
3. Buyers of this e-book are allowed to make and save one additional, digital back-up copy of the e-book for themselves only.
4. Because of their nature, our e-books are non-returnable. A right to cancel/ of withdrawal doesn’t exist.
5. Buyers of this e-book are in no way permitted to sell it further to others.
6. The purchase contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with German law. Place of performance is Cologne, Germany. The courts of Cologne, Germany, shall have (exclusive) jurisdiction.
7. In the unexpected case that a provision within these terms and conditions is not valid, this shall not affect the validity of all other provisions and the overall e-book purchase contract.
